This Data Collection Statement explains the personal information Raybin Management, LLC, operator of Greenwich Stars (“Greenwich Stars,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects when an adult uses our website, submits a form, registers a participant, signs an agreement, makes a purchase, subscribes to communications, or otherwise requests a service. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which contains additional information about our privacy practices, tracking technologies, disclosures, retention, and privacy rights.

Greenwich Stars programs serve youth participants, but our website and online forms are intended for adults. A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult must complete online registration, purchasing, waiver, subscription, and contact functions. A youth participant should not submit personal information through the website directly.

Information We May Collect

Depending on the form, transaction, or service, we may collect:

• Adult contact and identity information, including name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, electronic signature, and relationship or authority to act for a participant.
• Participant information supplied by an adult, including name, date of birth, age, gender, grade, school, town or address, team, tryout selection, program interest, eligibility details, attendance, and roster information.
• Registration and agreement information, including selected programs, dates, sessions, responses, waivers, participant agreements, codes of conduct, consent choices, and signature records.
• Health or safety information, such as injury, allergy, medication, disability, accommodation, emergency-contact, or insurance information, only when requested for a particular program or voluntarily provided for a relevant safety purpose.
• Transaction information, including products or programs selected, cart and order details, price, discounts, billing or shipping details, transaction identifiers, payment status, refunds, credits, and fraud-prevention information.
• Communications, including questions, messages, feedback, subscription preferences, and records of email delivery, opens, or link clicks where enabled.
• Technical and security information, including Internet Protocol address, source page or URL, browser and device type, user-agent string, timestamps, form or transaction status, security events, and similar logs.
• Attendee-list preference, where a registration form offers a choice concerning possible display in an attendee list. We will honor an adult’s selected opt-out or removal request.

Payment-card, bank, or wallet credentials are ordinarily collected directly by the selected payment provider. Greenwich Stars generally receives payment confirmation, transaction details, and limited payment-method information rather than a complete payment-card number.

Why We Collect the Information

We collect and use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
• Administer tryouts, teams, leagues, camps, clinics, coaching, events, merchandise, gift cards, and other requested services;
• Determine age, grade, eligibility, placement, capacity, scheduling, and team or program assignments;
• Process registrations, agreements, electronic signatures, orders, payments, refunds, and credits;
• Communicate about schedules, locations, weather, cancellations, safety, participation, orders, and customer support;
• Support participant safety, accommodations, and emergency response where relevant;
• Send and manage newsletters or promotional communications and measure their delivery or engagement;
• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services;
• Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, maintain appropriate business records, and establish or defend legal claims.

Required and Optional Information

Fields marked as required are generally needed to respond to a request, determine eligibility, complete a registration or transaction, administer a program, satisfy a safety or legal requirement, or prevent fraud. If you do not provide required information, we may be unable to process the request, registration, agreement, order, or payment.

Optional fields and choices may be left blank unless the form explains that they become necessary for a selected service. Do not provide health information, government identifiers, complete payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information in a general contact or free-text field unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate method.

How We May Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

• Website, hosting, ecommerce, registration, form, signature, payment, email, anti-spam, security, and technical-support providers;
• Authorized coaches, staff, evaluators, facilities, leagues, tournament organizers, insurers, emergency responders, or health professionals involved in providing or protecting a participant;
• Professional advisers, financial institutions, and parties involved in a business transaction;
• Government authorities, courts, or other recipients when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, participants, users, or the public; and
• Analytics or advertising providers only as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to the available privacy choices.

Optional Analytics and Advertising technologies do not load on registration, waiver, contact, or other form pages; product, cart, checkout, or account pages; searches; URLs containing a query string; logged-in sessions; or other pages where we do not permit them. Necessary payment, security, anti-spam, email, hosting, and server-log systems may still process information on those pages.

Email and Marketing

Adult contact information submitted through certain forms or completed orders may be transferred to our email service providers for list management, program communications, newsletters, or marketing. Depending on the form, this may include an adult’s email address, name, and telephone number. Marketing emails may contain technologies that measure delivery, opens, or clicks.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in a marketing message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary communications about an inquiry, registration, order, schedule, safety matter, or other requested service. Providing a telephone number does not by itself authorize automated marketing text messages.

Participant and Sensitive Information

Participant information is provided by an adult parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult. By submitting it, you confirm that you have authority to provide the information and to make the choices included with the submission.

If we request health, disability, accommodation, emergency, or similar sensitive information, we use it for the disclosed program, safety, accommodation, legal, insurance, or emergency purpose. Where required by law, we will request a separate and specific consent. Acceptance of general website terms is not consent to unrelated sensitive-information processing.

Retention

We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate program, safety, accounting, tax, payment, dispute, security, insurance, and legal needs. Retention varies by record type. Additional retention information appears in our Privacy Policy.

Your Choices and Rights

• Use the website’s Cookie Settings control to manage optional Analytics and Advertising technologies.
• Use an unsubscribe link to stop marketing email.
• Select an attendee-list opt-out where offered or contact us to request privacy or removal.
• Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent, or another privacy right that applies to you.
• A parent or legal guardian may submit a request concerning a participant’s information.

Acknowledgment

Submitting a form or completing a transaction acknowledges that you received this Data Collection Statement. It does not by itself create consent for an unrelated use that legally requires separate consent. Any separate agreement, authorization, or consent presented with a particular service applies according to its own terms.
